112 Non-Fibered Asphalt Roof Coating can be applied on all types of smooth surface asphalt roofs including smooth BUR and APP modified bitumen membrane as well as SBS modified bitumen membrane, metal roof surfaces and roll roofing.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, loose paint or other foreign matter.

APPLICATION:
Apply with either a brush, roller or heavy-duty airless spray equipment in a smooth continuous coat over the entire roof area. Coating should be continuous and free of pinholes or holidays. If not, apply a second application at right angles to the original coat. Allow at least 24 hours drying time between coats. Do not apply to wet surfaces.

COVERAGE:
Apply at the rate of 1 to 2 gallons per 100 sq.ft. Coverage rates may vary depending on the condition and porosity of the surface.

Do not use near open flame. Avoid breathing solvent fumes and prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Keep container covered when not in use. Do not thin. Dispose of in an environmentally safe manner. Cover air intakes during application and while drying.
